GT999 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gt999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on gt999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

GT999 operates an online betting and gaming platform accessible at gt999.wine, providing Pakistani players with sports betting (including cricket and PSL betting), slots, fishing games, crash games, and related services. All transactions on gt999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms should be read alongside the gt999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gt999. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

GT999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version is always published at gt999.wine/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly marked at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use gt999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GT999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Commercial accounts or accounts operated on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active gt999 account. One account per person is permitted. One account per household (IP address) is the standard limit.

You are solely responsible for the security of your gt999 account credentials — your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. GT999 strongly recommends using a unique password that you do not use for any other online service.

You must not share your gt999 login credentials with any other person. Any bet placed, deposit made, or action taken while logged into your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated the action. GT999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact gt999 support immediately via live chat at support@gt999.wine. GT999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account during the investigation period.

• Never share your password with anyone, including gt999 support staff (we will never ask for your password).
• Use a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters including upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a symbol.
• Log out of your gt999 account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account dashboard.

GT999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. GT999 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. If gt999 detects a deposit from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

GT999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all deposit transactions. Your payment details are not stored on gt999 servers — transactions are processed through the secure APIs of each respective payment provider.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their gt999 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. GT999 does not charge withdrawal fees. The PKR amount shown as "available for withdrawal" in your account dashboard is the exact amount you will receive.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, gt999 will contact the player to arrange an alternative. GT999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PKT on business days.

GT999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and refer-a-friend rewards. Welcome Bonus: The 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 is available to new gt999 players making their first deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus amount will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being processed. The combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 10 times across eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as fraud.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited to your account if the wagering requirements have not been completed within that period.
• Wagering on cricket and sports betting markets contributes 100% toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Fishing games and crash games contribute 80%. Live dealer games contribute 20%.
• GT999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Refer-a-friend bonuses are credited after the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit and completes the minimum activity requirements set out in the programme terms at /refer-a-friend.

GT999 actively monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics, or any other systematic approach — will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed, and the account may be restricted or closed.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on gt999, including cricket betting, PSL betting, and any other sporting market offered on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmed bet slip reference from gt999. Bets that do not generate a confirmed reference — due to a system error, connection failure, or any other reason — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in PKR. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet's settlement.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet placement screen. GT999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at its discretion.
• Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled before it begins and fewer than 50% of the scheduled play has taken place, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If more than 50% of play has taken place, gt999 reserves the right to settle bets on the result at the point of cancellation, following established cricket rules for abandoned matches.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. GT999 may suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including immediately before a wicket, goal, or other significant event, to manage risk. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Palpable Errors: If gt999 publishes obviously incorrect odds due to a system error or human mistake, gt999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.

All casino games, slots, fishing games, and crash games available on gt999 are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to the rules published by that provider and certified by the relevant testing laboratory. GT999 displays the RTP of each game on the game information panel accessible before or during gameplay.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the game providers. GT999 does not modify, influence, or have access to the RNG systems. • If a game round is interrupted due to a connection failure before it is completed, the round will be resolved according to the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. Partial rounds are not voided solely due to player-side connection issues.

• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across multiple accounts designed to exploit bonus systems or game mechanics.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software not expressly authorised by gt999 to place bets, interact with games, or scrape odds data.
• Money laundering or using gt999 to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any gt999 game or platform feature. Any player who discovers a bug is required to report it to gt999 support immediately and must not exploit it in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to gt999 systems, code, or databases.

Before processing a closure request, gt999 will confirm your identity and settle any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the account closure being processed.

GT999 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity is suspected.
• The player has provided false information during registration.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 24 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a breach of these Terms, gt999 may withhold some or all of the account balance where permitted under applicable law and the specific circumstances of the breach.

GT999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime.

GT999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. GT999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from technical failures originating in the player's own device, internet connection, or payment provider.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, provided those providers hold valid certification from a recognised testing laboratory.

GT999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gt999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, unless the changes are required urgently to address a legal or security matter.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using gt999 and request account closure before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
